    Event Description:
    Nature lovers of all ages should flock to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park Saturday, 2/11 and Sunday 2/12 for Eagle Discovery Weekend.  Visitors can get a rare look at America's bird, the iconic American Eagle.  There are currently more that 30 eagles inhabiting the park from nearby Table Rock Lake.  These magnificent creatures, drawn to the park for its rainbow trout, offer the best eagle sightings anywhere in the Ozarks.  The park is celebrating the natural phenomenon this weekend with special viewing and educational opportunities including eagle-themed wildlife tram tours, spotting scopes for up-close viewing, and even live demonstrations where visitors of all ages can go eye to eye with a bald eagle

    Fees/Admission:
    Park admission is $10.00 per adult and $5 per child (ages 3-11) which allows access to the Dogwood Mill, artifact displays, the Canyon Grill, Nature & Conservation Center, and Treehouse.  All additional offerings like walking, biking, trout fishing and wildlife tram tours are an additional cost.  For reservations and additional information, call  1-800-225-6343
