Register for the "Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention" program in Reeds Spring to help maintain health and independence. This evidence-based program has been shown to prevent falls and reduce arthritis pain and stiffness among adults.
Tai chi uses slow, gentle movements to engage the mind and body to build strength and improve balance. Tai chi can be done standing or from a chair. Participants will learn unique tai chi forms which include warm-up exercises, 6 Basic forms, 6 Advanced forms, and a cool down. Call or email for more information or special accommodations.
