Table Rock Quilts of Honor will be presenting veterans with a special quilt, Thursday, August 5, at 9 a.m. at the Mid-Town Café in Reeds Spring. The mission of Quilts of Honor is to bestow a universal symbol of thanks and remembrance to those who have served to protect and defend our freedoms. Quilts of Honor are made by the loving hands of countless volunteers who wish to thank those who have served and to honor their service and sacrifice. The Table Rock group of volunteers have presented over 700 veterans with their “Quilted Hugs of Gratitude” since their inception. This will be the sixth time quilts have been presented at the Mid-Town Café.
