Copper Run Distillery is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Distillery Associate. As a Distillery Associate, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our operation, including retail sales, tasting room operations, production assistance, and various other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at the retail counter and in the tasting room.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, tastings, and purchases.
- Perform opening and closing duties as per company standards.
- Contribute to sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Assist in distillery production processes as needed.
- Handle various tasks and projects to support the overall operation of the distillery.
- Conduct tasting events at locations in the Branson/surrounding areas.
- Conduct sales calls at locations in the Branson/surrounding areas to add new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Passion for the distilling industry and willingness to learn.
