Ivy Jean's is a Private Family Farmhouse/Farm in the country on the quiet side of Branson on Table Rock Lake In charming Cape Fair MO.

We offer two beautifully unique wedding venues on the Farmstead.

#1. The Big Sky Venue is a large open air, all covered gorgeous venue with stunning mountaintop views for weddings/receptions up to 135.
Our featured wedding package is the full relaxing weekend wedding package complete with fabulous clean accommodations and Honeymoon Loft Suite, Friday -Sunday! Very Affordable, beautiful and relaxing!

#2 We also offer for smaller intimate Christian Weddings, our 1884 little log God house in the woods called, The Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel, for weddings up to a maximum of 30 people, or as few as just two! Very Affordable and Memorable!
WE can provide the minister for the weddings too.

We have a huge (3,900 sq ft) modern B&B style farmhouse that sleeps up to 13. It includes 4 large bedrooms and one of them is the honeymoon loft suite.

Because of the large space of the farmhouse, it is a fantastic retreat facility too. Homey, spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.

We have large outdoor spaces, firepit patios, rocking chair porches, gardens, water features and our family farm animals for your enjoyment. The concrete walkways make it easy for wheelchairs too.

The owners, Tim and Cyndi, live on the 10 acre property and are eager to help make your wedding, vacation stay or retreat a fantastic experience.
