Reeds Spring R-IV School District

The Reeds Spring School District is located 30 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point.

The district exists to equip and inspire students to reach their maximum potential through a commitment to academic and personal excellence by providing an innovative, student-centered, world-class education in a relationship-driven community.

The district covers nearly 159 square miles and lies primarily within Stone County, with a small portion of the district reaching into eastern Barry County. The well-known tourist destination, Silver Dollar City, also lies within the district boundary. A large part of the area’s economy relies on tourism.

We serve approximately 1,800 students from pre-K through 12th grade. We have six schools in the district:
